ABOUT LANI
Hello! I am Lani Collins, a professional massage therapist and personal trainer for over forty years. I have served thousands of clients in the community and around the world. I am dedicated to my work and am passionate about helping others. My practice focuses on releasing tension related to stress or injuries. I help educate clients how to tune into and care for their bodies, and to have excellent overall wellness.

I have worked at the renowned Osmosis Day Spa in Sonoma County CA for 17 years as well as many other prestigious locations. I have taught workshops at Sierra Hot Springs in California and around the world including Salvador, Brazil and Bali, Indonesia. I deepened my understanding of Thai Massage while in Thailand and attended the Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai.
I started my studies in the 70's in Santa Cruz. I studied with well-known acupuncturist Esteban Madhava, who worked as one of the first acupuncturists in the U.S studying in China, and worked at White Bird Clinics in Eugene, Oregon and Costa Rica. I traveled as his apprentice for several years teaching workshops in Chinese Medicine, Five Element Theory and acupressure on the West Coast. I returned to Santa Cruz, CA to continue studies with esteemed herbalists Michael Tierra and Willliam Lassier. I studied Hawaiian Lomi Lomi under Jeanella Keopuhiva and called the Islands my home for 10 years. I have continued to study various modalities throughout my career to both deepen and broaden my approach.
I love helping others help themselves, and bring a depth of knowledge to support my clients' greatest vision of themselves!
